e-learning template and quality review
CONTEXT
The client initiated an internal training program to promote disability inclusion, delivered through four e-learning modules. I led the integration team and supervised the review process to ensure quality and consistency across all modules.
The visual design uses the secondary colors of the brand identity and organic vegetation elements to soften the atmosphere and encourage open-mindedness. Warm, rounded characters were chosen to create an approachable and inclusive tone. Throughout the modules, subtle animations featuring growing floral elements reinforce the idea of progression and development.
